Covid-19 Safety

As a healthcare provider, I continue to take Covid-19 and your safety very seriously. In addition to being proudly vaccinated for Covid-19, I am continuing to implement a number of measures to reduce transmission risk.  

Preparing for your appointment

Please reschedule your massage if you have the following symptoms. You will not be charged a late cancellation fee. I appreciate as much advanced notice as possible. (Missing your appointment without contacting me will result in having to pay up front for future sessions). 

Reschedule with: 

  • Temperature at 99.6F or above

  • Cough

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion, sneezing, or runny nose that is not alleviated from removal of an allergen or allergy meds or supplements

  • Loss of sense of smell or taste

  • Muscle soreness with no clear explanation

  • Vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain

  • If you feel unwell at all


Please wait to reschedule your appointment until you have been symptom-free for at least 3 days  without medication.


High risk activities- please wait 14 days to schedule 

  • If you have had contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case or someone expressing Covid-19 symptoms, whether or not you are vaccinated.  

  • If you are not vaccinated and have traveled internationally or to an area with a high Covid-19 rate

  • If you are not vaccinated and have spent 10 minutes or more less than 6ft from someone outside your usual circle of contacts without wearing a mask. 

When you arrive

Bring your own water to your appointment. We will not have our usual glass cups and water available for use. 

When you arrive, please text me and I will meet you outside to take your temp and ask screening questions before bringing you inside. 


A properly fitted mask is required for all clients upon entry to the building and during your massage. 

Additional protocols I am implementing include: 

  • 45 minutes between clients for adequate sanitation. 

  • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with an EPA-approved non-toxic disinfectant.  

  • I will wear a mask throughout your appointment, and a face shield for face up head/neck/shoulder work. 

  • HEPA filter running throughout your appointment.

  • Leave window open during your appointment, weather-permitting, for better air circulation. 

  • As always, maintain proper hand washing hygiene between clients

  • As always, I will reschedule your appointment if I am unwell.
